Companies are therefore exploring recycling, material efficiency, alternative compositions, and localized production strategies.

According to MRFR, the global market was valued at USD 18.97 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach USD 27.47 billion by 2035, representing a CAGR of 3.42% from 2025 to 2035. Continued EV adoption, technological innovation, and investment in efficient electric motors are expected to support long-term market development.
